Kale Basil & Cashew Dip
This gorgeous raw vegan kale & basil dip is completely plant based. It is dairy free, egg free, gluten-free, soy free, grain free and still super delicious.
When a beautiful herb like basil has so many health benefits such as acting as a natural anti-inflammatory, helps combat stress, promotes heart health and is great for the skin, who doesn’t want to include it in their diet. Add in the cruciferous vegetable kale (4 times more Vitamin C than spinach), cashews which help boost bone and oral health, and lemons which are brilliant for alkalising the body, and you have delicious dip that is a complete winner!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 60 grams Kale
- 60 grams Basil
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1/4 tspn Rock Salt
- 1 clove garlic optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until it meets your desired consistency.
Notes
If you prefer your basil dip quite smooth, add a little extra olive oil as you process and it hits a smooth consistency.
You could also add some ground chilli for a little more zing!
